Completely furnished except for bed. Prefer to rent to quiet, non-smoking female (no pets). Hydro, gas, cable included, no internet. Two small quiet dogs in home. Parking available at rear parking lot of complex. Bus stops on Janefield Ave. References required. Available June 1, or negotiable for other dates. Can hold for September with reduced monthly rent over summer.
