WHAT IS ZUMBA TONING?
Zumba Toning takes the original Zumba Fitness class to the next level with the addition of lightweight toning sticks or 1 lb dumbbells. Zumba Toning creates the same party-like atmosphere as my regular Zumba class!

SCHEDULE:
Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7pm (drop-in basis)
LOCATION:
75 Norfolk (Norfolk Church)
**use Cork St. entrance and there is free parking on the street or in the MacDonnell St. parking lot
COST:
ONLY $6 per person or $60 for 10-class pass which has no expiry date and
can be used on a drop-in basis
(Student rate is $4 per class or $40 for a 10-class pass)
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
1 lb hand weights or purchase Zumba Toning Sticks for only $20 per set.
They are fun and shake like maracas!!
I also sell sets of 2.5 pound sticks for $30.
